When you choose Kasselman Solar, you’re not handing your project to a faceless corporation. You’re working with neighbors, engineers, electricians, project managers, and service techs who’ve continued building their careers here. We sat down with members of our team to talk about how they got into solar, what they love about the work, and what they’re seeing in the industry. These are some of those conversations:
“It’s not just another job. It’s relating to people one on one.”
“We are not corporate. We are family owned and family operated.”
“I only see the solar industry getting stronger and stronger.”
“Coming in here is one of the smoothest operations I’ve ever seen.”
“We take pride in doing the highest quality work.”
“I’ve seen every version of what it’s like to build a system here, from design to install.”
“This is the only company I’ve ever worked for that’s allowed you to just grow.”
“I get to change people’s lives – and my kids witness this work all the time.”
“I really, truly care about everybody’s position here, how well we do as a company, and making everybody happy.”
“Teamwork, collaboration, working with a lot of great people – that’s been huge.”
