Albany, NY- Kasselman Solar, a family-owned solar energy solutions provider based in New York State, announced the promotion of David Tagliaferro to Vice President, responsible for overseeing the company’s overall strategy and operations.
Boasting over a decade of experience in the solar industry, with the last 7 years of experience at Kasselman Solar, Tagliaferro previously served as the Director of Operations and Engineering. Under his leadership, the company installed 13.25 megawatts of energy across 1,321 residential projects from 2020 to 2022, growing at an average of 29% annually.

As Vice President, Tagliaferro will work as part of the senior leadership team to help drive strategic initiative, identify new business opportunities, and develop and mentor staff across the organization. With Tagliaferro leading the company’s strategy and operations, Kasselman Solar aims to continue providing reliable and sustainable energy solutions to the local community, along with supporting Governor Hochul’s commitment to renewable energy across New York State.
